
A simple tweak enables a secret panorama mode in iOS5's camera app. A small tweak to your iOS5-equipped iPhone can enable an Apple-designed panorama mode. By just altering a preferences file in the bowels of your device, an image stitching mode can be switched on.
Discovered by hacker Conrad Kramer, the hidden feature is called firebreak. To switch it on — no jailbreak required — you need to find the com.apple.mobileslideshow.plist, locate the EnableFirebreak key and set it to YES.
If you don't know what any of that means, you're probably best off not trying.
