Good news Nexus 4 owners, if you'd like to get your hands on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for your device, now you can thanks to a leaked build. Apparently this build of Android 4.3 was found on a Nexus 4 device bought by Jeff Williams on Craigslist from a Googler, and to his surprise he found that the device was running on a pre-release version of Android 4.3. Thanks to the help of the Android community, the software was extracted and a system dump and a backup of the ROM was created, although at this point in time the radio and bootloader are missing from the package but are expected to be made later.
