Vodafone has unveiled that it would start selling the Huawei Ascend Mate in the UK soon, becoming the first British network to stock the handset. Pricing details haven't been announced yet. Vodafone mentions the Ascend Mate, with its 6.1 inch HD display, is its biggest smartphone ever - which means it won't offer Samsung's Galaxy Mega 6.3, at least not in the near future.
Running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the Ascend Mate features a quad-core 1.5 GHz Huawei K3V2 processor, 2GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera, 1MP front-facing camera, and a 4,050 mAh battery.
The Huawei Ascend Mate has the biggest battery in any smartphone by a long way.
