Those who purchased the HTC One Developer Edition and US unlocked models can now download and install the official Android 4.3 update.  HTC hasn't revealed a full list of new features which are delivered with the 564MB Android 4.3 update, but users should expect to see launcher bar enhancements, a widget lock screen style, home button behavior modification (remove black menu bar from screen), ability to display battery level percentage in the notification bar, quick settings, 6 new Video Highlights themes with custom music options, improved Zoe file management and more.
