This isn't exactly the first time that a Windows 8.1 build has leaked. It has only been over a month since Microsoft launched the preview of Windows 8.1, it is believed that the company will finalize the update over the next couple of weeks. Windows 8.1 Build 9471 has leaked, which is reportedly a test version of the Release to Manufacturing (RTM) build that is going to be released later this month. The latest build shows off some new improvements in the upcoming major Windows 8 update.
