Chevrolet first debuted its Corvette Stingray pace car at the 2013 Indy 500, but this past weekend saw the new 'Vette return to its home during the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix. As you'll recall, open-wheel racing returned to Belle Isle in 2012 as part of a three-year deal worked out between General Motors, the Penske Corporation and IndyCar. Driving the Corvette Stingray pace car during the Belle Isle IndyCar festivities was none other than GM's North American President, Mark Reuss.
