AT&T Debuts Its Own Video On Demand Service

AT&T Debuts Its Own Video On Demand Service

We've got good news for AT&T U-verse TV customers out there. Not to be outdone with Netflix and Redbox Instant, AT&T announced today that it will be offering a new screen pack that will bring video on demand for its U-verse users. At $5 per month, AT&T says that the screen pack will bring unlimited instant playback of movies on U-verse TV, Uverse.com and on the U-verse app for tablets and smartphones, without having to rent DVDs. AT&T is launching the service today, and to honor that, the company is offering customers a free preview up until January 13th, Sunday.
