The ZTE Tania has finally been officially announced for the UK today. This is the Chinese company's first Windows Phone device, and it was originally unveiled in September last year. Since then, we've seen it pop up in France, and it even went on pre-order in the UK a couple of weeks ago. But it's nice to see it acknowledged by its manufacturer. The ZTE Tania is one of the cheapest smartphones to be powered by Microsoft's newest mobile operating system. In fact, ZTE claims it's the cheapest 4.3-inch Windows Phone.
