Safe to say the majority of Android tablets come with a customized UI on top of it, which to be honest is not favored by most Android users who will probably flash a custom ROM over it. The good news is if you're looking for an Android tablet with a stock Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich experience on the cheap, you might be in luck thanks to "My Tablet". Not built by any of the major manufacturers or the big names in the industry, the folks at Android Spin managed to get their hands on a pre-production unit, and based on the specs it certainly sounds like it could be value for money.
