Sony has just announced a reshuffling that's meant to focus the whole company on the newly-found ‘One Sony' strategy, devised by new President and CEO Kazuo Hirai. The last few months have been interesting for Sony in the mobile space, as it has acquired Ericsson's stake in their now-defunct joint-venture, and started rebranding its upcoming phones to Sony. It's pretty clear that mobile needs to be one of Sony's main focus points from now on, and the new structure reflects that.
