If you're interested in finding out how you spend your time using Google services (Gmail, search etc) - you're in luck. Google has just launched a new service that does just that. Called Account Activity, it sends you a monthly (password-protected) report with insights into your signed-in use of Google services. You'll be able to check how many emails you've been sending, or who you contact most frequently as well as what you've been searching a lot for.
While it doesn't really offer any benefits - at least not directly, you can use it to improve your account security. I.e.
