Reflecting the traits of a successful software builder and marketer, Microsoft is also gearing up for the launch of the Windows App Store, a one-stop destination for all your Windows 8 apps, themes, and other downloads. While that's certainly a bounty for users, developers too aren't deprived of the fancy. Interestingly, Microsoft has announced that developers can submit an app for just about $1.49 and charge as much as $999 for it.
