The Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which has been thought to be a Verizon Wireless exclusive, will first be released in Europe followed by what could very well be a Stateside rollout. An official image of the Verizon model did leak in recent times, but the latest rumors claim that November 17th would be the European release date, while Verizon as well as other US carriers, if it is not an exclusive handset, will only launch later next month.
