Just like Rogers, Bell and Telus, Virgin Mobile Canada is getting ready for Apple's new LTE-enabled iPad, which should be released on March 16. However, unlike the three big Canadian carriers, Virgin doesn't offer LTE services. But it will. According to a document uncovered by Mobile Syrup, Virgin Canada will launch its LTE network "just in time for the new iPad" – this should mean next week.
Reportedly, Virgin Mobile's LTE coverage will reach 6 million customers "in 14 urban centers across Canada." The specific areas aren't disclosed.
