World of Warcraft loses another 100,000 players

Blizzard's MMORPG World of Warcraft has netted an impressive amount of players, but lately that appears to have been on the decline. Some have speculated that this could be due to the slew of new MMORPGs that have been released, such as SWTOR (Star Wars: The Old Republic), and even games of other genres such as Starcraft II. There is also speculation that due to the game being catered for "newbies", a lot of the older (and more hardcore) players have started to leave as the content felt too easy.
