TCL S900 is what the Alcatel OT986 is known as in China. And it's finally become available to purchase. This smartphone is essentially the same under the hood but comes with two different brands, one for China, the other for the world. The TCL S900 has a dual-core 1.5 GHz TI OMAP processor, a 4.5-inch 720p IPS touchscreen, a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash, a 2 MP front-facing camera, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of built-in storage, and HSPA support.
