I didn't see this coming. Giving Apple a little taste of their own medicine it seems that Motorola has won an injunction against Apple for patent infringement in Germany. The ruling came from a Mannheim Regional Court barring the sale of any Apple device that infringes on two of Motorola Mobility's 2003 patents. The 1st Apple violating patent is related to GSM, UMTS and 3G — while the 2nd is a little more unclear. What's more is Motorola is actually owed for past damages as well.
