Nikon Germany To Focus On Full-Frame Nikon Products

Nikon Germany To Focus On Full-Frame Nikon Products

Camera companies such as Nikon and Canon have released both full-frame and non-full frame cameras in the past, although with the focus starting to shift towards more compact cameras with full-frame sensors, such as Sony's recently announced A7 and A7r cameras, and with the rumours suggesting that Nikon could be exploring a similar device as well, we guess it's not too surprising that Nikon Germany has announced that they will start to focus on full-frame cameras and will be launching a dedicated website soon.

Magnum releases new teaser vid, pic of MK5

Magnum, the Canadian manufacturer of the as-yet unrevealed MK5, has released a video of its new car and, well, it's a strip tease. The vid is a followup to a teaser we published last week, and is part of Magnum's promotions for the car's October 30 reveal, which of course, will be covered here. As for what's in this video, there isn't a lot to go on. There's a shot of the car's nose, a mirror and an open cockpit, although it's too dark to make it out much detail.

T-Mobile will offer new iPad users 200MB of free data per month

The pricing of the cellular data plans for the freshly announced Apple iPad duo is out in the United States and, after a quick glance, it appears that T-Mobile is shaping up as a really attractive option. The Big Magenta will be offering 200MB of month free for new iPad users. T-MobileÂ's proposition significantly undercuts AT&TÂ's entry-level offering of $14.99 for the same amount of data per month. AT&T however offers more data for $30 with 3GB included.

Watch this Slovakian flying car take its first flight

When it comes to flying cars (or driving planes), the recent vehicle that most often comes to mind is the Terrafugia Transition. But that street-legal flying car has experienced years of delays, and the Aeromobil 2.5, a much sexier-looking flying car designed and built in Slovakia, recently made its first test flight. It may seem like the Aeromobil made a quick entrance, but company co-founder and chief designer Štefan Klein has devoted 20 years to its development.

Vive la France, vive la Aëdle

Vive la France, vive la Aëdle

One of the cool things about the internet is we can now easily discover new products from around the world without leaving our house. Being an audio junkie, I'm always searching for new and interesting gear. One search led me to France where audio company Aëdle (pronounced ā-duhl) hand-assembles a beautiful and minimalist designed headphone. It's this attention to detail that makes Aëdle interesting and unique, because most headphones - regardless of where they're designed - are made in China. Aëdle has two models: The VK-1 Classic and the VK-1 Carbon.
