Sprint HTC One Available On April 19 For $199.99 With Two-Year Contract

AT&T may not be the only U.S. carrier who is preparing for the HTC One to arrive to its network as Sprint is announcing they'll also have the Android-powered smartphone on its network in the coming weeks. Starting on April 19, Sprint will have the 32GB version of the HTC One in either silver or black available for its subscribers for $199.99 with a two-year contract.

London firm hiring professional double-parkers to avoid fines

Autoblog sister site AOL UK reports that a company in London is hiring young drivers to sit double parked in the businesses vans, in an effort to avoid parking fines. As a traffic officer approaches, the drivers simply start up the van and drive away. Aspect.co.uk (a property management firm, as we understand) pays drivers around $12.15 per hour at current conversion rates to sit with the vehicles to avoid fines of up to $182 for illegally parking. Will Davies, the company's owner, says the ploy is within the bound of the law, saying he has gone so far as to clear the effort with traffic authorities.

Samsung Rumored To Have Galaxy Mega Phones In The Works

Samsung has never been shy when it comes to creating super huge phones, and according to the folks at SamMobile, they have received a tip from one of their sources that Samsung could be looking two new phablets to the market. They are apparently codenamed (rather aptly) the Galaxy Mega and there will be two sizes for users to choose from - a 5.8" version with the model number GT-i9512, and the Galaxy Mega 6.3 with the model numner GT-i9200. As expected, the first version will be a 5.8" device, and the latter will be a 6.3" model.
