Nyne NB-200 Bluetooth speaker review

Nyne NB-200 Bluetooth speaker review

Another month, another Bluetooth speaker. That's the way it seems, anyway. Actually, new Bluetooth - and Apple AirPlay - speakers are being introduced in greater and greater numbers, way more than one per month. Nyne may not be a household name in audio gadgets, but they soon could be with products like their new NB-200 portable Bluetooth speaker.
Nyne's NB-200 is a small, portable Bluetooth speaker made for an active lifestyle. I say active, because Nyne has included mounting brackets for attaching the NB-200 to the handlebars of a bicycle.

Teen Drugs Parents Because Internet Curfew Was Too Strict

Teen Drugs Parents Because Internet Curfew Was Too Strict

Oh, the foolish things that teenagers will do these days. A teen in California has gone overboard by drugging her parents in order to bypass the Internet curfew. Apparently, the teen's parents had an Internet rule in place that required the Internet to be turned off each time the clock hits 10 in the evening. Together with a friend, the 15-year old daughter bought milkshakes for her parents and secretly added a dose of her friend's prescription sleeping pill. The plan worked.

Google Explains Why Google Maps Is Inaccessible On Windows Phone OS

There was a report earlier today that a few Windows Phone users were banned by Google from using the web version of its Google Maps app. And from what we are hearing, the issue seems to be affecting a wide number Windows Phone devices. The report originated from one of the forums of fellow tech site The Verge, and Google caught wind of it immediately. Google was quick to respond, and issued a statement to saying, “The mobile web version of Google Maps is optimized for WebKit browsers such as Chrome and Safari.

Can you hear and see me now?

Can you hear and see me now?

Tired of watching videos on your small iPhone 4x4S screen.  Here's the most whimsical approach to increasing the image size and sound volume from any device.  The Mini Cinema for iPhone 4x4S from OhNeed is a very low-tech approach to turning your display into a bigger screen.  The Mini Cinema has an old-fashioned horn to passively increase sound volume.  What appears to be a Fresnel lens is placed in front of your phone's screen to enlarge the image.  It can be used vertically, or horizontally with the extra support piece for the phone.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Will Not Be Launched Prior To May 2013

Samsung Galaxy S4 Will Not Be Launched Prior To May 2013

About a week ago we reported on a rumor that the Samsung Galaxy S4 could be seeing a launch in April, and if you were already getting yourself mentally prepared for such a date, you might want to rethink that because according to Samsung, the Galaxy S4 will not be seeing a launch date before May 2013. This does not mean that the Galaxy S4 will launch in May, but it means that any rumored dates before May are most likely false. This official confirmation was taken from Samsung Lebanon's Facebook page where a Samsung representative answered a fan's question regarding news related to the Galaxy S4.

Polaroid Kids Tablet Coming Your Way

Polaroid Kids Tablet Coming Your Way

So, we have heard that Polaroid looks set to open up retail stores later this year, and one thing's for sure – these brick-and-mortar stores are definitely going to have their fair share of hardware on parade. In fact, the famous photography company is about to jump aboard the Android-powered bandwagon with a 7" tablet in the works. Adults would want to steer clear of this $149.99 tablet though, as it has been specially designed for kids.
